Option 1 Pay: Service Set-up Fee $399 +GST. Monthly Service Fee $99 and get a FREE internet focused marketing package including standard listing on, Domain & ecps and up to 10 other Australian property sales web sites, pay $900.00 Plus GST on settlement. You do inspections and deal direct with the buyer. We'll send you the buyers.
Option 2: Pay: Service Set-up Fee $900 + GST.Monthly Service Fee $99 + Sales Completion Fee $2,600 including GST and get a FREE internet focused marketing package including standard listing on Domain & ecps , yellow pages, Google, ninemsn, facebook, twitter, yahoo, I phone apps and up to 10 other Australian property sales web sites....you do the inspections, we handle negotiations with buyers and not only bring you the buyers, but set up appointments with them.
Option 3: Pay:
Service Set-up Fee $900 +GST and get a FREE internet focused marketing
package including standard listing on Domain & ECPS , yellowpagesonline , Google, ninemsn, facebook, Yahoo, I phone apps and up to 10 other
Australian property sales web sites. Pay a low sales commission on
settlement equal to $10,000 + 0.25% of the sales price (excluding GST)...we
do all negotiating & arrange inspection times with you and qualified
buyers. We also arrange Contracts of Sale through your solicitor.
Option 4: Pay: Service Set-up Fee of
$900 + GST and get a Free internet focused marketing package including standard
listing on www.domain.com.au, ECPS, yellowpagesonline , Google,
ninemsn, facebook, twitter, Yahoo, Bing, I phone apps and up to 10 other Australian
property sales web sites. Pay standard commission rates for your state, less 10% and we promote your property through all major social media sites, including LinkedIn.
We handle enquiries, qualify buyers, negotiate price, open or arrange for a licensed estate agent to open your property at arranged times. We also arrange
Contracts of Sale through your solicitor. Prices are GST excluded.

What is a Buyer's Agent or Buyer's Advocate?
Buyer’s Agents /Advocates are licensed professionals that specialise in searching, evaluating and negotiating the purchase of property on behalf of the buyer. . The key difference between a Buyer's Agent/Advocate and a traditional selling agent is who they represent. A Buyer's Agent/Advpcate works exclusively for the buyer, whereas the selling agent works for the vendor (seller). By law an agent cannot act for (and accept a commission) from both parties in the transaction.
We offer two levels of service:
- The full search service, whereby the Buyer's Agent/Advocate actively searches the market and shortlists properties meeting the specific criteria of the client and then evaluates and negotiates the recommended property.
